Hi RCCs,

Does anyone know of any computers on campus with Autodesk software
(particularly Inventor) installed? Its got prohibitively high system
requirements for it to be used on most personal computers, and I was
wondering if any departments happen to have it installed or whether Stanford
has some sort of contract with Autodesk.

Thanks,

I'm not sure about Inventor several Autodesk products installed on the
computers in the first floor labs of Y2E2 and most of them have at least 3GB
of RAM if I remember correctly. You need a key code to get into the labs but
I have found the door propped open more often than not.

You can also go to http://www.engineersrule.org/ and download almost any
Autodesk product for free as long as you are a student.
