printer refund

Hey all,

I'm trying to refund some printing credit to a student whose printing job
was botched. The RCC wiki directed me to
<*http://rescomp.stanford.edu/printcredit> *but it seems that link is dead
now. Does anyone know where I should go to do this?

Use your RCC printing money to reprint the job. Giving print credit
has been eliminated with the advent of the new Stanford card plan,
although RCCs have not had this power during my time as an RCC anyways.

If the student still wants a refund, I suggest the student take it up
with student billing since that's where the charge ends up.
