I cannot access the DHCP log website. I present several possibilities:
1) The site is actually down.
2) The site permissions are messed up. For example, earlier this year we
couldn't access the site over wireless.
3) I can't access it from behind a NAT. I am in Sterling Quad, and tried
to access it over wired and wireless connections.
4) I'm crazy.
